Pro Breeze
Uneven Airflow or Temperature Distribution
Food cooks unevenly; top is burnt while inside is undercooked, or one side is much darker.

Possible Causes
Blocked air vents, Fan speed too low, Overloaded basket, Misplaced crisper tray or rack
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Use oven mitts when adjusting racks or shaking the basket during cooking.
Steps to improve cooking uniformity:
- Do not overload: Keep food in a single layer in the Pro Breeze basket where possible. Overloading restricts airflow.
- Use crisper tray correctly: Ensure the crisper tray or rack is installed as per the manual, allowing air to circulate underneath food.
- Shake or turn food: For fries and similar items, pause cooking halfway and shake the basket or turn food for even browning.
- Check fan performance: Listen for consistent fan speed. If the fan sounds weak or intermittent, inspect the fan motor assembly for faults.
- Clean vents: Remove grease and dust from intake and exhaust vents to maintain proper airflow.
Warning: Do not cover food with foil that blocks airflow unless the manual specifically allows it.
