Weak spray pattern and reduced cleaning performance; solution dribbles instead of forming a fan.

Safety first: Unplug the machine and depressurise the system by squeezing the trigger.

• Remove nozzle: Unscrew or unclip the spray nozzle from the wand or floor tool.
• Descale: Soak the nozzle in a descaling solution compatible with brass/plastic (check Numatic guidance) to dissolve mineral deposits.
• Inspect orifice: Hold the nozzle up to the light. If the opening is irregular or enlarged, replace the nozzle.
• Check seals: Inspect any O-rings or gaskets for cracks or flattening. Replace if damaged.
• Flush system: Before refitting, run clean water through the solution system to remove loose debris.
