Possible Causes
Faulty temperature sensor calibration, Control PCB firmware issue, Poor heat distribution due to warped inner pot, Food left on Keep Warm for excessive time
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Avoid leaving food on Keep Warm for many hours, especially meat or dairy.
- Reduce Keep Warm time: Manually turn off the cooker after 1–2 hours of Keep Warm and refrigerate leftovers.
- Stir occasionally: For thick dishes, stir during Keep Warm to distribute heat.
- Check inner pot: Replace a warped or damaged pot that may cause hot spots.
- Test with water: Run Keep Warm with only water and measure the temperature with a kitchen thermometer. If it is significantly above typical holding temperatures (around 60–75°C), the sensor or control board may be faulty and require service.
