How to Fix / Troubleshooting

- Step 1 – Clean interior: Remove grates, drip tray, and heat diffuser. Clean off grease and ash.
- Step 2 – Inspect heat diffuser: Check the ASMOKE heat diffuser for warping or damage. Replace if deformed.
- Step 3 – Reinstall correctly: Ensure the diffuser and drip tray are fully seated and centered.
- Step 4 – Use a test run: Place slices of white bread across the grate and run the grill at 350°F to map hot spots. Adjust food placement accordingly.
