Safety first: Ensure the grill is cool and unplugged before cleaning.
- Deep clean interior: Remove grates, drip tray, and diffuser. Scrape and wipe all interior surfaces with a grill-safe degreaser.
- Clean or replace drip tray liners: Discard any foil or liners and clean the tray thoroughly.
- Empty hopper: Remove old pellets and vacuum out dust. Refill with fresh pellets.
- Burn-off cycle: After cleaning, run the grill at high temperature for 30–45 minutes to burn off residual odors.
