Possible Causes
Ultrasonic sensor window dirty, Ultrasonic sensor misaligned, Sensor cable loose, Defective ultrasonic sensor module
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot before cleaning sensors.
- Clean sensor windows: If your Ambrogio model has front ultrasonic sensors, gently clean the plastic windows with a soft damp cloth to remove dust, grass juice, and dirt.
- Check sensor alignment: Ensure the sensor modules are firmly mounted and facing forward, not tilted or pushed in by impacts.
- Inspect wiring: Open the top cover and locate the ultrasonic sensor harness. Confirm that the connector is fully seated on the main board and that no wires are pinched.
- Test operation: Power ON the robot and start a short run in an open area. If E009 reappears immediately, the ultrasonic sensor module may need replacement.
