How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the charging station from mains before working on wires.
- Check base connections: Verify that the guide wire is connected to the correct terminals on the Ambrogio charging station as per the installation manual.
- Inspect wire path: Walk along the guide wire route and look for visible damage, cuts, or poor splices. Repair with waterproof connectors.
- Continuity test: Use a multimeter to check continuity of the guide wire from end to end. Replace damaged sections if resistance is infinite.
- Restart system: Reconnect mains, confirm base LEDs are normal, then power ON the robot and test zone switching.
