Possible Causes
Severe impact causing internal misalignment, Gyroscope sensor fault, Loose main board mounting, Cracked chassis frame
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and inspect it in a safe, well‑lit area.
- Visual inspection: Check the outer shell and chassis for cracks, deformation, or signs of heavy impact.
- Check internal mounts: If user‑serviceable, open the housing and ensure the main board and sensor modules are firmly screwed down and not loose.
- Reset orientation: Place the mower on a perfectly level surface, power ON, and allow it to complete its startup. Some Cedrus models recalibrate the gyro at startup.
- Boundary adjustment: Move the boundary wire further from hard obstacles to reduce future impacts.
- Service if needed: If E19 persists or the mower drives erratically, the gyro sensor or chassis may be damaged and should be evaluated by a Cedrus technician.
