Safety first: Turn OFF the mower before adjusting the boundary wire.

• Check wire depth: Ensure the boundary wire is at the recommended depth (often on the surface or shallowly pegged). Deep burial weakens the signal.
• Increase distance from metal: Move the wire further from metal fences, grids, or reinforcement bars that can distort the signal.
• Shorten or reinforce loop: For very large lawns, consider using thicker wire or a booster (if supported) to maintain signal strength.
• Test sensor: Place the mower directly over the boundary wire and observe its reaction. If it does not detect the wire reliably, the boundary sensor may be failing and require replacement.
