Robot lawnmower boundary detection seems inconsistent; mower occasionally crosses the wire without stopping.

Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and unplug the charging station before working on the boundary system.

• Check wire depth: Ensure the boundary wire is not buried deeper than recommended (usually just below the surface or pegged on top).
• Inspect sensor coil: Locate the boundary sensor coil in the mower and verify that its wiring is intact and connected.
• Reduce interference: Keep the boundary wire away from mains cables, electric fences, and metal fences where possible.
• Test different frequency (if supported): Some systems allow changing boundary signal frequency to avoid interference; follow Ecovacs instructions.

If the mower continues to cross the boundary, the boundary sensor module may be weak or defective and should be replaced.
