Safety first: Turn OFF the mower before moving the charging station or wires.

Check guide wire: If your model uses a guide wire, verify it is connected correctly at the station and not broken along its path.
Relocate station: Place the charging station in an open, central area with the recommended clearance.
Adjust boundary layout: Avoid narrow corridors or loops that can trap the mower far from the station.
Test manual send‑to‑home: Use the app or panel to send the mower home and observe its path. Correct any obvious routing issues.

If the mower still cannot follow the guide or boundary back to the dock, the guide sensor or mainboard navigation logic may require service.
