Possible Causes

Mower lifted and placed outside boundary, Boundary wire too deep or too far from edge, Faulty loop receiver coil in mower, Strong external electromagnetic interference

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the mower before moving it.

  • Return to working area: Place the mower back inside the boundary loop, at least 1–2 m from the wire, and turn it ON again.
  • Check boundary placement: Ensure the boundary wire is installed at the recommended distance from the lawn edge and not buried too deep.
  • Interference sources: Look for newly installed electric fences, underground dog fences, or power cables near the boundary that could interfere with the loop signal.
  • Receiver check: If the mower frequently reports E13 while clearly inside the loop, the internal loop receiver coil or associated electronics may be failing and need replacement.
