Possible Causes
Guide wire not connected or broken (if equipped), Boundary wire layout too complex near station, Station placed in narrow corner, Faulty guide wire output on station
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and unplug the charging station before adjusting wiring.
- Check guide wire connection: Ensure the guide wire (if your Flymo model uses one) is correctly connected to the station terminals and not swapped with boundary terminals.
- Inspect guide wire path: The guide wire should run in a relatively straight line from the station into the lawn. Avoid tight corners or running it too close to obstacles.
- Relocate station: If the station is in a tight corner or between obstacles, move it to a more open area with a clear approach path.
- Test return: Start a manual return‑to‑base and observe the mower. If it loses the wire signal, the guide output or wire may be faulty.
