How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower before inspection.
- Check bumper and sensors: Ensure the front bumper moves freely and returns to position. Inspect lift/tilt sensor areas for looseness.
- Reduce vibration: Balance the cutting disc and replace any missing blades to minimize vibration that can falsely trigger sensors.
- Harness inspection: If comfortable, open the housing and gently check that all sensor connectors are firmly seated on the main PCB.
- Monitor pattern: Note whether stops occur on bumps or slopes; if so, adjust lawn surface or exclude problematic areas.
