Charging Contact Error / Docking Alignment Fault
Robot mower shows E007 and stops; often when approaching or leaving the charging station.

Possible Causes
Dirty or corroded charging contacts, Misaligned charging station, Bent contact springs on mower, Loose contact wiring inside mower
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and unplug the charging station power supply before cleaning contacts.
- Clean contacts: Use a dry cloth to wipe the metal charging contacts on both the mower and the station. For stubborn oxidation, use a cloth slightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol and dry thoroughly.
- Check contact springs: Ensure the spring-loaded contacts on the mower move freely and are not stuck or bent.
- Verify station position: The station should be on level ground with a straight, clear approach path. Adjust the station so the mower drives straight into the contacts.
- Remove obstacles: Clear grass buildup, stones, or edging that may prevent full docking.
- Test docking: Manually guide the mower into the station and check that both contacts touch firmly. Then power ON and see if the error clears.
If E007 continues and the contacts are clean and aligned, internal wiring to the charging contacts or the station PCB may require service.
