Possible Causes
Guide wire not centered under base, Base installed on uneven ground, Guide wire signal weak or broken near base, Docking sensors misaligned
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the charging station before repositioning it or adjusting wiring.
- Level the base: Ensure the Hyundai charging station is on a flat, firm surface. Use shims or a paving stone if necessary.
- Check guide wire routing: The guide wire should run straight into the center of the base for at least 1–2 meters. Avoid sharp bends or crossing the boundary wire near the base.
- Inspect docking sensors: Some models use infrared or magnetic sensors near the front of the mower. Clean these areas and ensure they are not obstructed.
- Test docking: Start a manual return-to-base command and observe the approach. Adjust the base angle slightly if the mower consistently approaches off-center.
