How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect mains from the charging station before adjusting it.
- Check station placement: Ensure the charging station is level, firmly anchored, and the entry path is straight and clear for at least 2–3 meters.
- Inspect guide wire: If your Kress model uses a guide wire, verify it is correctly connected to the station terminals and not broken along its length.
- Clean docking sensors: Wipe any IR windows or optical sensors at the front of the mower and station with a soft cloth.
- Check contact alignment: Manually dock the mower and confirm that the charging contacts line up and press firmly together.
