Possible Causes
Incorrect working area mapping in Mammotion app, RTK base misplacement (for RTK models), Boundary wire layout too tight around obstacles, Slipping drive wheels reducing tracking accuracy
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the mower while adjusting boundaries or maps.
- Review map: Open the Mammotion app and review the virtual map or zones. Redefine the working area and exclusion zones if necessary.
- RTK base position: Ensure the RTK base station is placed according to Mammotion guidelines with clear sky view and stable mounting.
- Boundary layout: Check that the boundary wire is not too close to obstacles, which can cause the mower to avoid edges excessively. Adjust spacing as recommended.
- Wheel traction: Inspect drive wheels for worn treads or heavy mud. Clean or replace wheels to restore traction.
