Possible Causes
Misaligned base station, Damaged docking guide plate, Faulty docking sensor in mower, Loose base station mounting
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn the mower OFF before adjusting the base station.
- Check base station position: Ensure the base is level and firmly anchored. The entrance path should be straight and free of obstacles for at least 2–3 m.
- Inspect docking contacts and guide: Look for bent metal guides, broken plastic ramps, or loose parts that could misdirect the mower.
- Clean docking area: Remove leaves, grass, and debris from the base station and the area immediately in front of it.
- Test manual docking: With the mower ON, manually guide it into the base and see if it docks smoothly without error.
- If E15 persists: The docking sensor or related circuitry in the mower may be faulty and require professional replacement.
