Possible Causes
Incorrect mowing schedule, Boundary wire too close to obstacles, Faulty wheel encoder causing skewed paths, Outdated navigation firmware
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the mower before adjusting boundary wire or handling the unit.
- Adjust schedule: Increase the TerraMow mowing frequency or duration so the mower has enough time to cover the entire lawn.
- Reposition boundary wire: Move the boundary wire slightly further from walls, flowerbeds, or tight corners to allow the mower to reach edges more effectively.
- Check wheel tracking: Observe the mower’s path. If it consistently veers to one side, inspect and, if needed, replace the TerraMow wheel encoder sensor on the affected side.
- Update firmware: Ensure the mower is running the latest TerraMow firmware to benefit from improved navigation algorithms.
