Robot mower sometimes runs outside the boundary wire without stopping.

• Wire depth: Ensure the boundary wire is at or just below the surface (no deeper than recommended by Worx).
• Avoid interference: Keep the boundary wire away from power cables, metal fences, and irrigation wiring.
• Check base LED: Confirm the charging base LED shows a stable loop signal.
• Test another area: Observe mower behavior in different parts of the lawn to see if the issue is localized.

When to call a technician: If the mower consistently fails to detect the loop with a correct installation, the internal loop sensor or main board may need replacement.
