Possible Causes
Internal gyroscope calibration lost, Strong magnetic interference, IMU board failure
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Place the robot on a level, hard floor away from large metal objects.
- Reboot robot: Turn the main power switch OFF for 30 seconds, then back ON.
- Perform calibration (if supported): Some Coredy models allow sensor calibration via the app. Follow the in‑app instructions to recalibrate the gyroscope/IMU.
- Avoid interference: Do not store or operate the robot directly on metal plates or near strong magnets.
If E14 persists after calibration, the internal IMU board may be defective and require replacement.
