Steps to try:
- 1. Avoid moving robot manually: Let the robot start and finish cleaning from the dock without being picked up.
- 2. Reset map: Delete the existing map in the Gorenje app and perform a full mapping run.
- 3. Check LiDAR turret seating: Ensure the turret is not loose or tilted due to impact.
- 4. Firmware update: Install any available updates that address mapping and room segmentation.
- 5. Service if persistent: If maps remain distorted, the LiDAR or IMU on the main PCB may be misaligned or faulty and require professional adjustment or replacement.
