How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and unplug the dock.
- Allow cooling: Let the robot sit powered OFF for at least 30 minutes to cool down.
- Clean filters and bin: Empty the dustbin and clean or replace the Hoover HEPA/foam filter.
- Check for clogs: Inspect the main brush area, suction inlet, and air channels for blockages and remove any debris.
- Inspect brushes: Ensure the main and side brushes rotate freely and are not overloaded with hair.
- Test again: After cooling and cleaning, run a short cleaning cycle and monitor for overheating.
- If E14 recurs quickly: A failing motor or temperature sensor may be causing false overheat detection. The suction motor assembly or main control PCB may need replacement by a service center.
