Possible Causes

Robot started while tilted or lifted, Internal gyro sensor calibration lost, Strong impact or drop affecting IMU board, Loose IMU connector on main PCB

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Place the robot on a flat, level floor away from obstacles. Turn it OFF using the main power switch.

Step-by-step:

  • Allow rest: Leave the robot powered OFF for at least 1 minute to fully discharge internal circuits.
  • Power ON on level surface: Turn the main switch ON without moving the robot. Wait 30 seconds to allow internal sensors to initialize.
  • Avoid lifting during start: Press the Start/Clean button and do not touch or move the robot while it begins its routine.
  • Check for magnetic interference: Ensure the robot is not starting on or near strong magnets, metal plates, or under heavy furniture that might interfere with sensors.

If E6 persists: The internal gyro/IMU module or its connection to the main board may be faulty. This typically requires opening the unit and replacing or reseating the IMU board, a task better handled by a qualified technician.
