How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Keep the robot on a flat, stable surface during tests.

- Turn the robot OFF, wait 30 seconds, then turn it ON.
- Place it on a flat floor and do not move it while it initializes.
- 2. Start cleaning:
- Begin a cleaning cycle and avoid lifting or rotating the robot for the first minute.
- 3. App calibration (if available):
- Open the Kyvol app and check for any sensor calibration or reset options.
- Follow on-screen instructions.
- 4. Internal check (advanced):
- Open the housing and verify the IMU/gyroscope board connector is secure on the main board.
- 5. If E13 persists:
- The gyroscope or main board is likely defective and may require replacement by a technician.
