How to Fix / Troubleshooting

    • For camera models: check that the top/front camera lens is not covered by stickers or dust.
  • 2. Clean sensor surfaces:
    • Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe the LiDAR window or camera lens.
  • 3. Reboot and test:
    • Turn the robot OFF and ON again.
    • Start a cleaning cycle in an open area with good lighting.

    • Open the top cover (if serviceable) and verify the navigation sensor cable is firmly connected to the main board.
  • 5. Replacement:
