How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Do not look directly into any laser aperture; avoid liquids near sensors.
- 1. Inspect navigation sensor:
- For LiDAR models: ensure the top turret can rotate freely and is not blocked by furniture or decorations.
- For camera models: check that the top/front camera lens is not covered by stickers or dust.
- 2. Clean sensor surfaces:
- Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe the LiDAR window or camera lens.
- 3. Reboot and test:
- Turn the robot OFF and ON again.
- Start a cleaning cycle in an open area with good lighting.
- 4. Advanced check:
- Open the top cover (if serviceable) and verify the navigation sensor cable is firmly connected to the main board.
- 5. Replacement:
- If E15 persists and the turret does not spin or the camera does not function, the navigation module may need replacement by a technician.
