Dock Localization / Navigation Degradation
Robot vacuum cannot find its way back to the dock and often stops with low battery in random locations.

How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: No internal work required for basic troubleshooting.
- 1. Reposition dock:
- Place the dock in an open area with clear space around it.
- 2. Clean IR windows:
- Wipe the dock and robot front sensor windows with a dry cloth.
- 3. Reset map (for mapping models):
- Use the Kyvol app to delete the existing map and let the robot remap the home.
- 4. Test return-to-dock:
- Start the robot near the dock and press the Home button to see if it can locate the base.
- 5. If it still fails consistently:
- The IR receiver or navigation module may be weak; professional diagnosis and possible sensor replacement are needed.
