Robot vacuum’s app map is inaccurate, with missing rooms or distorted walls.

Safety: Keep the robot on the floor during mapping; do not pick it up.

• 1. Clean navigation sensors:
  • Wipe LiDAR window or camera lens with a dry microfiber cloth.
• 2. Prepare environment:
  • Open interior doors and remove temporary obstacles before mapping.
• 3. Remap:
  • Use the Kyvol app to delete the old map and start a full mapping run.
• 4. Avoid moving robot:
  • Do not manually move or rotate the robot during mapping.
• 5. Update firmware:
  • Check for and install any firmware updates that improve mapping performance.
