Possible Causes
Robot started on uneven surface, Internal gyroscope out of calibration, Strong magnetic interference, Loose IMU connector on main board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Ensure the robot is powered but not cleaning.
- Place on level surface: Put the robot on a firm, flat floor away from metal objects and speakers.
- Perform calibration (if supported): In the Laresar app, look for a "sensor calibration" or "reset navigation" option and follow on-screen instructions.
- Power cycle: Turn the robot off using the power switch or long-press the power button, wait 60 seconds, then turn it back on.
- Test navigation: Start a full cleaning cycle and observe if the robot moves in straight lines and returns to the dock.
- If E6 persists: The internal IMU (gyroscope/accelerometer) module or its connection to the main PCB may be faulty. This requires opening the top cover and reseating or replacing the IMU board.
