How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the robot before cleaning sensors.
- Step 1 – Clean all sensors: Wipe cliff sensors, wall sensors, and any top-mounted LIDAR or camera windows with a soft, dry cloth.
- Step 2 – Remove obstacles: Clear reflective objects, mirrors at floor level, and loose cables from the cleaning area.
- Step 3 – Reset map: In the Lefant app, delete the existing map and allow the robot to create a new map from scratch.
- Step 4 – Firmware update: Check for and install any navigation-related firmware updates.
- If behavior persists: The navigation sensors (IMU, LIDAR, or camera) or mainboard may be faulty and require professional diagnosis.
