Robot vacuum shows F12 and may stop with the wheels spinning or stuck against an obstacle.

Possible Causes
Robot stuck on thick rug or threshold, Wheel trapped under furniture, Excessive load on drive motors, Faulty current sensor on PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn the robot OFF before freeing it from obstacles.
Steps:
- 1. Free the robot: Lift the robot away from any obstacle, thick rug edge, or threshold where it became stuck.
- 2. Inspect wheels and underside: Check for debris around the wheels and brush that could increase load. Remove any obstructions.
- 3. Change environment: If the error occurs repeatedly in the same area, block off that area or use boundary markers to prevent the robot from climbing problematic thresholds or very thick carpets.
- 4. Reset and test: Power the robot back on and run it in an open, flat area to confirm normal operation.
When to call a technician: If F12 appears even on flat, unobstructed floors, the drive current sensing circuit or motor drivers on the main PCB may be faulty. Professional diagnosis and PCB replacement may be required.
