Possible Causes
Robot started on uneven surface, Internal gyroscope miscalibrated, Strong magnetic or vibration interference, IMU module failure
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Place the robot on a stable, level floor away from speakers or large metal objects.
- Step 1 – Power cycle: Turn OFF the main power switch, wait 30 seconds, then turn it back ON.
- Step 2 – Level calibration: With the robot on a flat surface, perform any calibration procedure available in the OKP app or user manual (if supported by your model).
- Step 3 – Avoid interference: Move the robot away from strong magnets, subwoofers, or vibrating appliances and retry.
- Step 4 – Test navigation: Start a cleaning cycle in an open area and observe. If it still spins or E10 returns, the internal IMU/gyroscope board may be defective and require replacement.
