How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the robot has enough battery or place it near the dock.
- Step 1 – Clear obstacles: Remove clutter around the dock and main pathways.
- Step 2 – Reset map (if supported): In the OKP app, delete the existing map and allow the robot to create a new one.
- Step 3 – Do not move robot manually: During mapping or cleaning, avoid picking up or rotating the robot.
- Step 4 – Clean top sensors: On models with a top sensor or turret, wipe the lens with a dry cloth.
- Step 5 – Firmware update: Use the app to check for and install any firmware updates.
