Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and flip it over.

• Step 1 – Clean wheels: Remove hair and debris from both drive wheels and their wells.
• Step 2 – Check tire condition: If one wheel's rubber is worn smooth, replace that wheel module.
• Step 3 – Reset robot: Perform a power cycle and, if available, a navigation calibration via the app.
• Step 4 – Test in open area: Run the robot on a large, flat floor and observe its path.
