Possible Causes
Failed gyroscope sensor on main PCB, Loose internal connector, Severe impact or drop damage, Firmware corruption affecting IMU
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Power off the robot and avoid using it on stairs or elevated surfaces until resolved.
- Soft reset: Perform a full power cycle by turning the main power switch OFF (if present) for 30 seconds, then ON. Alternatively, hold the power button for 10–15 seconds to reboot.
- Flat‑surface calibration: Place the robot on a perfectly flat, level floor and power it on. Some Samsung models auto‑calibrate orientation at startup; avoid moving it during this time.
- Update firmware: Use the Samsung app to check for and install firmware updates, then reboot again.
- If C07 remains: The gyro/IMU on the main PCB is likely defective. Board replacement is required and should be performed by a qualified technician.
