How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Place the robot on a flat, level floor away from the dock.
- Power cycle: Turn the robot OFF, wait 30 seconds, then turn it ON while it is stationary on a level surface.
- Calibration run: Start a short cleaning cycle and allow the robot to move freely for several minutes.
- Check for impacts: If the robot has been dropped or heavily impacted, inspect the housing for cracks or misalignment.
If E7 continues, the internal IMU/gyroscope board may be faulty and should be replaced by a qualified technician.
