Possible Causes

Internal gyroscope calibration lost, Strong magnetic or impact shock, Loose IMU connector on main board, Failed IMU sensor chip

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off the robot and place it on a level surface.

Reset and recalibrate:

  • Perform a full power cycle: switch the robot off, wait 2 minutes, then switch it back on.
  • Check the Tesvor app for any available sensor calibration or factory reset function and follow the on-screen instructions, ensuring the robot is on a flat, stable floor during calibration.

Environmental checks:

  • Ensure the robot is not stored near strong magnets, subwoofers, or metal structures that can affect sensors.
  • Check for signs of impact damage (cracks, dents) that may have affected internal sensors.

If E7 persists after reset: The internal IMU/gyroscope module or main board may be faulty. These components are soldered and not user-serviceable. Contact Tesvor support for board replacement options.
