E14 error, unit may not modulate correctly or may shut down under high load.

Safety: Disconnect power before removing the blower assembly. Sharp metal edges may be present.

• 1. Listen for blower operation: On a call for heat, the combustion blower should start and ramp up. If it hums, grinds, or does not start, suspect a blower issue.
• 2. Inspect venting: Ensure intake and exhaust are clear; a heavily restricted vent can overload the blower.
• 3. Check wiring: Access the blower connector at the control board and at the blower. Reseat connectors and inspect for heat damage or corrosion.
• 4. Inspect fan wheel: With power off, remove the blower and check the fan wheel for debris, broken blades, or binding. Clean dust and lint from the housing.
• 5. Reassemble and test: Reinstall the blower, restore power, and test operation. If E14 persists and the blower does not reach commanded speed, the blower or control board may need replacement.
• 6. Professional replacement: Combustion blower replacement and calibration should be performed by a qualified technician following Triangle Tube procedures.
