Safety first: Turn off power before manually moving louvers.

• Step 1 – Remove obstruction: Inspect the louvers for objects or heavy dust buildup. Clean and remove any obstruction.
• Step 2 – Manual movement: Gently move the louvers by hand to free them. Do not force if they are stuck hard.
• Step 3 – Check linkage: Remove the front cover to inspect the plastic linkage arms. Replace any broken pieces.
• Step 4 – Test motor: Restore power and press SWING. If the motor hums but does not move, replace the louver motor.
