How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power before adjusting any DIP switches or wiring.
Steps:
- 1. Check installation manual: Refer to the Baxi multi-split installation guide for correct indoor address settings and allowed combinations.
- 2. Verify DIP switch settings: On each indoor PCB, confirm the address DIP switches or rotary selectors are set to unique, correct values.
- 3. Confirm wiring order: Ensure the communication cables from each indoor unit are connected to the correct terminals on the outdoor unit as per the addressing scheme.
- 4. Power cycle: After correcting addresses and wiring, power off for 5 minutes, then restart the system.
Note: If E11 persists, a technician may need to reprogram or replace the control PCB.
