Steps:

1. Check mounting plate: Remove the front cover and verify that the indoor unit is firmly hooked onto the wall plate. Tighten wall plate screws into solid structure.
2. Level unit: Use a level to ensure the unit is horizontal (with slight tilt toward drain side only).
3. Clean blower wheel: Dust build-up can unbalance the wheel. Carefully clean the blower fins with a brush and vacuum.
4. Inspect for damage: If the blower wheel is cracked or the motor shaft appears bent, replace the blower wheel and/or motor.
