Indoor unit makes loud rattling or buzzing noises during operation

Steps:

• 1. Secure front panel: Ensure the front cover is fully closed and latched on both sides.
• 2. Check filters: Remove and reinstall filters correctly. Loose filters can vibrate and rattle.
• 3. Inspect blower: With power off, look inside the air outlet for foreign objects stuck in the blower wheel. Remove carefully.
• 4. Louver check: Ensure louvers are not loose or broken. Tighten or replace as needed.
• 5. Motor bearings: If noise persists and seems to come from the motor, the indoor fan motor may need replacement.
