Possible Causes
Dirty indoor air filter, Dirty indoor or outdoor heat exchanger, Low refrigerant charge in Beko sealed system, Indoor fan running at low speed due to motor or PCB issue
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power before cleaning coils or filters.
- 1. Clean indoor filters: Remove and wash filters with mild soap and water. Dry completely before reinstalling.
- 2. Clean indoor coil surface: With filters removed, gently vacuum or brush dust from the evaporator fins.
- 3. Clean outdoor unit: Remove debris from around the outdoor unit. Rinse the coil with low-pressure water from inside out.
- 4. Check fan speeds: Use the remote to set fan to HIGH and verify strong airflow from the indoor unit.
- 5. Check room conditions: Close doors and windows, and reduce heat sources (ovens, direct sun) where possible.
- 6. If performance is still poor: A technician should check refrigerant charge and system pressures.
