How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Low-voltage control work is generally safe, but always turn off mains before removing covers.
- 1. Power reset: Turn off the breaker for at least 5 minutes, then restore power and test.
- 2. Try local buttons: If the unit has a manual ON/OFF button, test it to see if the main PCB responds.
- 3. Inspect display board cable: Remove the front cover and reseat the ribbon cable between the display/IR board and the main PCB.
- 4. If still unresponsive: The indoor PCB or display board may need replacement.
