Water leaking from the outdoor unit

Note: Some water dripping from the outdoor unit is normal, especially in heating mode during defrost.

• 1. Inspect base pan: Check the outdoor unit base for standing water and blocked drain holes.
• 2. Clear obstructions: Remove leaves, dirt, and debris from the base pan and drain outlets.
• 3. Check optional drain kit: If a drain hose is attached to the outdoor unit, ensure it is not kinked or blocked.
• 4. Redirect water: If water is causing nuisance, extend the drain hose to a suitable location.
