Possible Causes
Tripped circuit breaker or blown fuse, Faulty indoor power supply board, Loose power wiring at indoor terminal block, Faulty main switch or isolator
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Be cautious when working on live circuits. If unsure, call an electrician.
Steps:
- Check breaker: Locate the dedicated Blaupunkt AC breaker and reset if tripped. If it trips again immediately, do not force it; there may be a short.
- Verify wall isolator: Ensure any wall-mounted isolator switch is in the ON position.
- Inspect indoor terminal block: With power off, remove the indoor front cover and check that L and N wires are secure and not burnt.
- Check for standby voltage: If you have a multimeter and are qualified, verify mains voltage at the indoor unit. If present but the unit is dead, the indoor power supply / main PCB is likely faulty and should be replaced.
