How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before removing the front panel.
- Step 1 – Reseat connectors: Remove the front cover and carefully disconnect and reconnect the ribbon cable or plug between the display board and main PCB.
- Step 2 – Inspect for moisture: Look for signs of condensation or water damage. Dry the area thoroughly.
- Step 3 – Replace display board: If the problem persists, replace the indoor display/indicator board with a compatible Chigo part.
