Loud rattling or buzzing noise from indoor Chigo unit during operation.

Safety first: Turn off power before opening the indoor unit.

• Step 1 – Tighten panels: Check that the front cover and filter covers are fully latched. Tighten any visible screws.
• Step 2 – Inspect blower wheel: Remove the front panel and look for debris in the blower. Remove any foreign objects.
• Step 3 – Check fan wheel fixation: If accessible, verify that the blower wheel is firmly attached to the motor shaft. Tighten the set screw if loose.
• Step 4 – Replace noisy motor: If noise persists and seems to come from the motor, replace the indoor fan motor.
