Horizontal louver (flap) does not move or is stuck; A7 error displayed

Safety first: Turn off the unit before manually moving any louvers.

Steps:

• Inspect the front panel and louvers for any visible obstruction (curtains, blinds, objects) and remove them.
• Gently move the louver by hand to feel for binding; do not force if it is stuck.
• Check the small plastic gears and linkages on the side of the louver (if accessible) for breakage.

Technician tasks:

• Test the swing motor by applying test voltage or using service mode.
• Replace the swing motor or louver assembly if gears or motor are damaged.
• Verify the louver position feedback sensor (if equipped) and replace if faulty.
